Rosemount Buildings, Edinburgh
Rosemount Buildings forms a significant residential property within Edinburgh. Our works on this project extensively comprised of the reslating of the four main elevations both externally and internally to the quadrangle area. All residential properties remained in occupation during our works. All our site activities and works were coordinated to ensure pedestrian routes and parking areas to the curtilage experienced minimal disruption. Our works comprised of the complete stripping and reslating in new Cupa slate all the pitched slopes, including the replacement of all the lead flashing details and the isolated repointing of chimneys and associated finishes. All existing cast iron gutters were replaced and painted on completion.
