Comprehensive fabric repairs were carried out to the existing occupied tenemental residential property at North High Street. All the commercial ground floor properties and flatted properties to the common stair were occupied during our works and all works coordinated to ensure minimum disruption. The works generally comprises of stripping and reslating the pitched roof surfaces, renewal of the flat roof with a Bauder roof system, replacement of all the existing lead flashings and cast iron rainwater goods, raking and repointing of the natural stonework, stripping and reharling with a Polymar system to the open gable and rear elevation including making good with existing surfaces. Repainting of the internal common stair and external finishes as well as structural repairs to the open gable as per the Engineers details.
