32, 34-36 High Street, Cockenzie

This project was carried out by the CARS scheme in Cockenzie, East Lothian. The works were instigated and required due to an unstable gable and front elevation to the residential properties. The works comprised of the underpinning of the structure as well as the downtaking and complete rebuilding of the front elevation in new natural stone including all stone detailing and works to the inner leaf. The rear elevation was partially dismantled and rebuilt including a lime harl and Keim paint applied on completion.
